Department Launches New Version of State Legal Action System

The Ministry of Justice launched the upgraded version of the State Online Trial System, which aims to facilitate the work of all users of the system and provide a comprehensive view of all types of trials and data according to the needs of each user.

In a statement released on Saturday, the ministry explained that this version is characterized by the ease of processing lawsuits electronically, smooth navigation between system contents via the main page, flexibility to search for a lawsuit on the main page using more than one search term, including case number, parties on file, and displaying a control panel displaying the most important data on state issues.

The system instantly provides links to general and detailed statistics for all types of cases and provides access to the overall general plan for all types of cases and different degrees of litigation. In addition, each official can also be informed of the distribution of the total workload within the administration/unit and services. In addition, it has the particularity of reminding lawyers of the dates and times of the cases assigned to them. Finally, it is now possible to evaluate the results of the performance of each lawyer’s work separately.

HE Justice Minister Masoud bin Mohammad Al Ameri expressed hope that the upgraded version of the state trial system will provide more efficiency and effectiveness in completing and tracking cases and following up on cases. results of the work of the administration at first hand, in the interest of the interests of the state, and in accordance with the directives of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to develop the judicial systems to ensure the realization of quick justice.

For his part, the Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Cabinet of the Minister of Justice and Acting Assistant Assistant Secretary for Legal Affairs in the Ministry of Justice, Ahmed Hassan Al Kuwari, explained the importance of launching the improved version of the system of prosecution of the state by developing applicable regulations in the administration. , in a way that keeps its work activated and enables state attorneys to use the latest case-tracking tools.

He added that the upgraded version will achieve the goals of the department included in the strategy of the Ministry of Justice in terms of developing its services and providing mechanisms to speed up the work of lawyers and remind them of ongoing cases. tracking, in terms of the number and dates of sessions assigned to each state attorney via SMS and email.

In turn, the Director of the Department of Information Systems of the Ministry of Justice, Hessa Ali Al Sulaiti, said that the upgraded version has been processed to ensure the speed of data flow, quality of performance and providing a legal database that allows the state’s prosecution department to prepare reports and statistics on the number of lawsuits filed by or against the state electronically. It also provides the list of lawsuits and their categorization according to each government agency and the number of lawsuits that relate to each of them separately, as well as according to the type of lawsuit (administrative – civil – appeal against an administrative decision – land disputes – contracts as is) and so on, she added.

The system will facilitate the work of the administration by providing statistics on the number of judgments rendered in its favor or against it in real time and for any previous period (week/month/year) according to the type of statistics required, a- she explained. (QNA)
